Brighter Days

A poem

I pray for the balance

To know the difference

Between fear hijacking my resonance

And intuition enabling me

To capitalize on every chance

To prevail

Even when all is yet to be well

To smile

Even when I am still a mile away

To gaze unto brighter horizons

Even when sorrow keeps me from ascending away

To beam in eternal joy

Even when foes surround me

For nothing sustains me

More than you, Abba

Your unconditional love

Strengthens my feeble armor

Heavenly sighs of relief

I happily ponder

Each time I see a dove

In the sky

Brighter days await those whose desires align with the pure intentions of the heart.

Live on, brave soul.

Thank you all for reading, and I sincerely hope all is well.
