The Little Green Pine Tree
--
A poem
Green pine tree on a rocky mountain
Stands bold over steep terrain,
Like a lion’s mighty roar.
The pine tree shimmers
In its full bloom, disposing
Its inner magnificence.
What a wonder it is to be so flimsy
Yet daring enough to rise,
With no rejuvenating sustenance
The imminence of your robustness
Is ever approaching, like a baobab
That shelters one from the scorching
Heat of the sun.
